Challenges we address

Farm produce prices in South Africa have risen dramatically in recent years. For example, according to Statistics South Africa , consumer food price inflation for vegetables was 23.1% year on year in April 2023 compared to 6.2% for total food. Onions (up 52.8%) and peppers (up 25.0%), were among the veggies with the largest price increases. As a result, as Daracorp we are working hard in the fields empowering communities to ensure that food is available, affordable, and accessible to all.
