Access to Inputs and Mechanization

Small farmers often lack access to credit and financial services. We providing them with inputs such as better seeds, equipment, and technology.

Agricultural Training and Skills Transfer

We provide skills transfer via our accredited AgriSeta qualifications, mentorships, and other specialized training. Our accredited  courses  focus on equipment operations, modern farming techniques as well as sustainable agriculture practices.  

Access to Markets

We ensure that all farm sites under our care and run by our beneficiaries  have already  have offtake agreements where they will trade their produce profitably and reliably. 

Programmes Design & Management

We design programs for a specific profile of farmers, stakeholders and locations. We also have the capacity and systems to manage conceptualised and materialised programs.. 

Diversification

 Farm diversification is what we implement and  train our beneficiaries to adopt. This encompass crop rotation, intercropping and mixed cropping.

Climate Resilience

We train beneficiary farmers with adaptation strategies, sustainable agriculture as well as green farming  methods  and models 

Access to Funding 

Once funded, we are able to support program participants as well as assist in accessing funding from  various channels such as financial institutions, grants and at times investors.

Cooperatives

Encourage farmers to form cooperatives to collectively access resources, markets, and bargaining power.

Enterprise Development 

Advocate for policies that prioritize small-scale agriculture, including budget allocations, land reforms, and trade policies.

Access to Water

Improve access to clean and reliable sources of water for irrigation.

Community Development

We focus on building rural communities resilience through our agricultural interventions which contribute highly to food security. 

Women Empowerment

Recognize the role of women in agriculture and ensure that they have equal access to resources, training, and decision-making power.
